Rigid steel conduit TZR-TXR

Very suitable for installations where is required a high mechanical resistance and to corrosion. It’s possible to bend it cold, the electrical continuity is lower than 0,05 ohm/mt and the watertight is assured by assembling our “55000-56000-57000-58000” fittings, that are certified by IMQ D.A.T. N°EQ 877-CA02.05590 together with the conduit. Rigid tube made from SENDZIMIR hot-dip galvanized sheet (UNI EN 10327), carry-over of zinc on the welding, or in STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304. Manifactured in compliance with CEI EN 60423 “Certified and periodically inspected by IMQ ( Italian Mark of Quality )”. Excellent resistance to impacts, crash and corrosion. Self-extinguishing according to norms CEI EN 61386.

Used together with our fittings TR/TR code 57000, where there are accidental paths as: ceilings, pillars, projection and in all situations where it isn’t allowed to bend the conduit in place. Rigid conduit derived from a metal sheet of GALVANIZED steel SENDZIMIR with carry-over of zinc on the welding, or of STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304. The bending radius is 2,5 more than the nominal diameter. Excellent resistance to impacts, crash and corrosion. Self-extinguishing according to norms CEI EN 61386.

The new LINE DIVERTERS connected at their ends with ISO Metric R68 threads allow us to make curves and counter-curves with variable degree. This is an EURO2000’S REGISTERED INVENTION PATENT N°MI2004A000698. Specifically designed with appropriate lengths to enable you to perform fixed routes such as misalignment, overlaps and anything else you might encounter while installing a cable passage line. It finds its best fi eld of use with rigid galvanized/stainless steel tubes TZR/TXR, but it can be used together with any other type of flexible conduit, as well. Unlike traditional nickel-plated TZR 90 elbows, the corrugated internal surface assures cables sliding even in tight corners. Quick coupling fittings for connection between two rigid tubes, GALVANIZED type TZR or STAINLESS STEEL type TXR. They work as dilatation compensators in case of strong change of temperatures. Value of thermic linear dilatation isn’t significative for this type of istallations and for this type of using. Anyway if it is considered an installation with a rilevant length, the trouble could be manifested through bending of conduits between point of fixing.
