The new caps with UNEF thread that we want to present are designed with ISO METRIC R68 entry thread according to the norm IEC EN 60423, as foreseen by EU norm IEC EN 61386. Their dimensions satisfy the exigencies to house contacts of a circular connector. This housing is dimensioned according to SIZE classification, often not really considered. This classification helps determine the useful space, as highlighted in yellow into the figure beside ø SIZE for L SIZE. Often we receive requests for an entry thread too narrow for the great number of contacts to be installed and housed into it. This shows how important is being aware of SIZE classification.

The FIPLOCK® PA HC clip is a one-piece corrugated conduit mounting clip made of specially modified, free-halogen PA6. The single-hole fixation simplifies installation. Flanges for assembling on wall. They are used to connect with ducts or wherever it is necessary connection without occupying internal spaces. Connection to any type of fitting for flexible/rigid pipe or cablegland with ISO METRIC thread in compliance with the norm IEC EN 60423 is possiblE. The FIPMOTION® abrasion protection and connecting sleeve PAHA can be easily retrofitted to dynamically moving corrugated conduits. This is particularly recommended for highly loaded positions which can cause increased wear of the corrugated pipes due to strong friction effects. The sleeves are also suitable for corrugated conduit connections which additionally reduce torsion forces to the conduits in dynamic applications and can further improve the service life of the system. The sleeves are ideally suited for FIPMOTION® corrugated conduits with fine or coarse profiles.

The FIPLOCK® PA RS mounting half-shells are particularly suitable for the professional installation of corrugated conduits in drilled mounting frames or in common clamps. They prevent the pipes from being compressed when the mounting frames are tightened together or when clamps are used and thus prevent foreseeable damage to the conduit during operation. The integrated rib fixes the tubes in the axial direction but remain rotatable mounted, which is crucial for dynamically moved conduit connections. The mounting half-shells are ideally suited for FIPLOCK® corrugated pipes with fine or coarse profiles.

Our PA RD conduit reducer, made of specially modified, halogen-free polyamide 6 is self-extinguishing and resistant against most chemical media commonly used. Due to ist excellent UV-resistance, PA RD is also perfectly suited for outdoor installations. With the brand new 360° interlocking system and an inside conduit seal, PA RD complies with the highest possible protection class IP69. ARPA is mainly used when bigger sizes of our FIPLOCK® conduits in fine or course profile need to be reduced.
