Expansion compensator

Thermal linear expansion quick coupling for tube (Dilatation compensators). Quick coupling fittings for connection between two rigid tubes, GALVANIZED type TZR or STAINLESS STEEL type TXR. They work as dilatation compensators in case of strong change of temperatures. Value of thermic linear dilatation isn’t significative for this type of installations and for this type of using. Anyway if it is considered an installation with a rilevant length, the trouble could be manifested through bending of conduits between point of fixing. All our NICKEL PLATED BRASS or STAINLESS STEEL (AISI316 L / AISI 304) are checked through a corrosion test with salt fog according to norms UNI ISO 9227 and a brass fittings are checked through a corrosion test with salt fog according to norms UNI ISO 9227 and a corrosion tests. Certified and periodically inspected by IMQ ( Italian Mark of Quality ).

Quality controls

Salt Spray and Salt Fog Testing: UNI EN ISO 9227:2017 (NSS). Periodic tests on each production lot relating to traction at 1000 N and compression at 1250 N in accordance with the EN IEC 61386 standard on all closed systems consisting of rigid pipes and fittings and cable gland fittings.
