Stainless steel AISI 304 flexible conduit with fiberglass and recovered stainless steel AISI 304 IP54. Flexible stainless steel conduit of AISI 304 with internal reinforced clutch before recovered of fiberglass and after overbraided with stainless steel wire AISI 304, very suited for installations with temperature higher than 300°C where is foreseen the presence of twinkling and incandescent slags (rolling mill,foundry, welders, printing works). It has a good mechanical resistance to traction, torsion and compression. Excellent resistance to aging, to a wide range of oils and to a lot of acids used in industries, self-extinguishing according to norms EN IEC 61386. EN IEC 61386 Certificate equivalent standard: Meets with the requirements of BS EN 61386 -2 -3 and BS 731 Part 1.

Quality controls

Salt Spray and Salt Fog Testing: UNI EN ISO 9227:2017 (NSS). Periodic tests on each production lot relating to traction at 1000 N and compression at 1250 N in accordance with the EN IEC 61386 standard on all closed systems consisting of conduits and fittings and cable gland fittings.
