Reinforced clutch for flexible metal conduit / Patent
We have revolutionized the concept of interlock of flexible metal conduit, being the first to patent a special profile called “reinforced interlock ” and standardizing it on all diameters from 10 to 50 mm.
This special 45° profile gives the flexible conduit the high levels of mechanical resistance to traction, compression and impact certified heavy as a double interlocking, but with the same flexibility of a simple interlocking.
Quick coupling fittings for rigid pipe conduit / Patent
We have patented a special modular quick coupling fitting, born from connecting a male fitting with a female fitting. Thanks to the patent of the self-locking spring, it gives the fitting + pipe system an IP67 certified degree of protection, the electrical continuity guaranteed at all times and the tensile strength at a heavy level according to the EN IEC 61386 standard.

The variable angle fitting represents our innovative solution to the concept of the curved fitting, for years proposed with various fixed angles (45°, 60°, 90°), poorly performing compared to the operational needs that every day customers are called to solve on site.
Our variable angle fitting allows versatility of use and installation in every application area.
Nylohm Derivation Box / Patent N.1020160000132538
An innovative junction box for all needs, made of PA6 Nylon loaded 30% in fiberglass, able to offer all the performances of nylon but with the ability to assure electrical continuity thanks to the system of crossed metal strips co-molded on the bottom of the boxes and coming out from the four threaded holes.

The Jolly system invention patent aims to give you the opportunity to choose and assemble with a simple CLICK the thread you need.Once assembled, it has the same technical and application characteristics as a normal swivel fitting, with the difference of being able to take advantage of a greater range of thread, thus drastically reducing the coupling problems that arise during installation and consequently the inconvenient and expensive use of reductions.
Line Diverter
The line diverter is a revolutionary idea in the electrical sector as it borrows an application already seen in the hydraulic sector for the simple management of a curve and of any possible cable passage.
It was born as an application extension of our Patent of the variable angle fitting.
The line diverter has the advantage of being able to model itself exactly to the path to be done and maintains the same characteristics of mechanical resistance of the tube and curves.
Trasformer System
With the transformer system we wanted to simplify even more the switch
from the standard fitting to the special one, through the transformation kit, which applied to the standard fittings, allows you to manage the most disparate applications independently and without having to buy dedicated fittings and cable glands.
The transformation kit “Transformer system” is available for each conduit diameter from 10 to 50 mm.
