Nylon and pvc conduits
Flexible corrugated conduit covered with glass fiber silicon elastomer IP66/IP67/IP68/IP69. The flexible PA6V2HJT conduit is manufactured in polyamide 6 BS (PA6 BS [V2]) in compliance with the norms EN IEC 61386-2-3 and covered with HJT-L fiberglass silicone elastomer. Usable not only for all the applications specified for PA6V2 conduit but also for thermic protection in an extreme environment, i.e. in presence of flames, liquid metal or glass sparkles, and water vapor. The external jacket with our HJT-L silicon elastomer can actually resist a temperature range between -60°C and +260°C or even up to +800°C for 20 minutes. The PA6V2HJT conduit is halogen and cadmium free and reduces toxicity to a minimum. Furthermore, it is flame retardant and it offers good resistance to UV rays, oils, fuels, and solvents. Resistant to high and low temperatures between -45°C and +120°C, the HJT-L jacket increases this resistance up to -60°C and +260°C. Self-extinguishing according to UL94 -V2, certificate equivalent standard: Meets with the requirements of BS EN 61386 – 2 – 3 and BS 731 Part 1.
