UNEF and UNS caps
We would like to let you know about our new UNEF/ UNS threaded caps, designed with ISO METRIC 965 inlet thread according to IEC 60423 standards, as established by EN 61386 European standards.
Our UNEF/UNS caps were sized appropriately to meet the housing requirements of the solder contacts of a round connector. This housing is sized according to the SIZE classification, too often disregarded or not mentioned but actually very important. In fact, we often face requests for an inlet thread that is too small compared to the number of contacts that will later need to be welded and housed within the cap.
Ring nuts or lock nuts
The CD EMV hexagonal locknut in nickel-plated brass is required wherever control panels with anodized, lacquered, or powder-coated surfaces are used. By tightening this special locknut with a PG thread, the sharp edges cut the insulated cover and ensure optimal fastening.
Nuts and clamps for fittings
Our catalog includes a wide range of nuts for nickel-plated brass fittings and clamps made of galvanized steel with M6x1,0 thread grounding screw. Our nuts are supplied with a flat washer, lock washer, and tightening nut. Torque: 8 N.m.
End bushings
End bushings are used for zinc-plated or STAINLESS steel rigid pipes when the fitting is not required. This protects the end of the pipes, which could be sharp and thus could damage the cables during insertion.
